Definition:
The semi-vegetarian diet is one in which the follower may sometimes eat vegetarian or vegan meals, while eating meals with meat, fish or poultry at other times. The semi-vegetarian diet is not a vegetarian diet, because a vegetarian diet is completely free of meat, fish and poultry at all times.
