Overstock.com Goes Fur-Free

On July 10, Overstock.com announced that they will no longer sell fur. Overstock.com is now the 100th name on The Humane Society of the United States' list of fur-free retailers and designers.

Although HSUS is an animal welfare organization, and not an animal rights organization, there are often times when the two philosophies agree, such as the abolishment of the use of fur. Read more about the difference between animal rights and animal welfare.
