I had the great pleasure of visiting Vegan Treats, a vegan bakery in Bethlehem, PA, for the first time last week. I'd been a fan of their chocolate peanut butter mousse bomb for a while, having tried it at parties and in restaurants. Last week, I went with some friends and family, and we sampled the mocha cheesecake, red velvet cake, chocolate chip cookies, and Death by Chocolate- a chocolate cake with a rich chocolate filling and a layer of chocolate mousse topping, all under a dark chocolate coating. Everything was very delicious, very decadent, and 100% vegan. Vegan Treats proves that you don't need animal products to make scrumptious desserts!
